Our Story
From being trainers ourselves for many years we wanted to create a space for both trainers and gymgoers so as to thrive together. The main idea is to facilitate CHANGE whilst encouraging and establishing a fitness Community in order to inspire a safe environment. Our business model is oriented on the Basics of Training, where strength meets speed and embraces Mobility. The design of both our training Facility and our classes have the same purpose which is to provide excellence to gymgoer with a holistic point of View by respecting individualism within a community.
Our group classes
At Bigfive, our group classes are designed to combine personal attention with the motivation of a team. Each session lasts 1 hour and includes up to 6 participants, ensuring high-quality coaching and a supportive atmosphere. We add value by tailoring every workout to your goals and fitness level. Choose the classes that best suit your needs — or ask our team to help you plan your ideal weekly group class program.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
What to expect: Create a strong, athletic and powerful body using progressively heavier weights under the careful instruction of your trainer, improve your form and technique! A class made for Beginners and Intermediate gymgoers.

CROSS TRAINING WOD
What to expect: The WOD (work out of the day) combines effective all around high intensity training and strength work in an encouraging and motivating environment. Expect some classic workouts inspired by our trainers. There’s no hiding in The WOD, this is where hard work happens. By performing varied movements, at high intensity, The WOD will see you making progress in all areas of health and fitness.

PILATES FLEX AND FLOW
What to expect: A dynamic workout that emphasizes on the principles of Pilates and adds mobility and stretching exercises. Explore the needs of your body and your weak areas. There is always room for improvement! Our trainers will focus on your specific needs and try to unlock your potentials. This is why our class is made for everyone. It is a class that will let you lose makes you understand how to move better engage correctly and increase your ROM (RANGE OF MOTION).

WEIGHT LIFTING
What to expect: Its you against the Barbell. A class made for the enthusiast of Olympic weightlifting. Learn the basics and set new goals. See yourself evolving while progressively acquiring the know-how of the snatch and clean and jerk lifts!

Open Gym
At BIG five Gym, our Open Gym gives you the freedom to train on your own schedule with brand new equipment. You’ll find a wide variety of machines and free weights to match your goals—and if you want extra guidance, our team can design a custom program tailored to your needs. Train the way you want, with top-tier equipment in a motivating environment.
